HR Manager

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in such areas is required: adaptation, assessment, and training (development plans for specialists, e-learning)
  • Readiness for a large number of online communication with our specialists (meetings, correspondence in messengers)
  • English level - Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

  • Relevant experience in the IT-sphere (basic understanding of technical terminology, knowing peculiarities of development teams work, etc.)
  • Striving to develop towards specialist’s assessment and education
  • Psychological education

Responsibilities:

  • Adaptation of new employees
  • Creation and supervision of plans for the individual development of specialists
  • Organization of corporate webinars
  • Participation in the assessment of specialists (discussing the progress of work, collecting feedback, organizing technical interviews)
  • Monitoring job satisfaction of specialists on projects (in the format of individual online conversations)
  • Development of corporate culture (development and implementation of events to increase the involvement of specialists)
