Our team is building out a next generation Machine Learning Platform for all data scientists and machine learning engineers across all of Company’s brands. Our data is at the petabyte scale, requiring a scalable, efficient, and reliable machine learning platform to support it.
We are seeking a talented, experienced, Senior Software Engineer to pave the way towards revolutionizing how we leverage data and Machine Learning!
We leverage Kubernetes and a variety of open source software (e.g. Kubeflow, Seldon, Istio, Mlflow) to train and deploy over one hundred models serving a billion requests per day.
What you will do:
- Lead the development of scalable and efficient machine learning platform products
- Develop technical specifications and architectures for new ML platform features and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure product development aligns with business goals
- Define and enforce engineering best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in the code review process to ensure our code quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ML platform technologies and trends to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
Who You Are:
- You have a BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience of commercial software development
- Demonstrated excellence participating on cross functional teams in fast-paced environments, both in terms of technical leadership and hands-on coding
- Excellent ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions
- Willingness and ability to learn, evaluate, and make recommendations for leveraging new technologies
- Strong analytical skills and desire to write clean, correct and efficient code
- Sense of ownership, urgency and pride in your work
- Proven that you are a leader who prioritizes, communicates clearly, and partners effectively with both technical and non-technical employees
- Excellent command of tools and expertise for troubleshooting production issues
- Experience working with Python, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with Kubeflow, Seldon, Spark and AWS cloud service experience is a plus

Consultant is responsible for development of integrations, following secure SDLC process set by Development manager, interacting with teams located in multiple geographic locations and facilitating the development efforts as per the project timelines.
Essential functions :
- Leverage the Cloud Platform API Management and iPaaS solutions technologies to provide cost- effective data integration solutions that are sustainable in the long term and SOX compliant
- Implement end to end data integration solutions as designed in conjunction with the DIS Development Manager and DIS Architect
- Work with other team members on Interface architecture design and development
- Share the knowledge and experience with other team members to help the overall integration effort
- Coding - following the defined naming conventions and best practices
- Unit Testing and documenting the results
- Technical Design Documentation
- Optimization of code for performance and reusability
- Will be required to work in shifts to provide coverage/overlap across multiple time zones depending on the team size and the need
- Effectively communicate status, issues, risks and challenges in a timely manner to DIS Development Manager, as appropriate
- Work with Development Manager to determine the complexity and level of efforts
- Provide post-production support and on-going maintenance for issues requiring in depth code debugging
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in design and development of data integration solutions using a formal SDLC methodology
- Experience in SAP Cloud Platform technologies - API Management (SCP-APIM), SAP Cloud Integrations (SCP-PI, SCP-DI)
- Experience in scripting languages (Groovy Script, Java Script), Java, XSLT, XML, Web Services
- Integration experience with SAP
- Experience in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2020, Azure DevOps, working with WCF adapters
- Experience in C#, .NET, WCF, TFS, SharePoint, SQL Server, Oracle
- Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience with BizTalk Administration
- Experience with .NET Framework Data Provider for mySAP Business
- Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns
