As a travel guidance company available in 43 markets and 22 languages, our project makes planning easy no matter the trip type. Viator is seeking an Analytics Engineer who will have the curiosity and drive to move forward data and business intelligence projects of both strategic and tactical importance within a large, fast moving and data driven organization. This role will work with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure that the data used to drive business decisions is accurate, timely and accessible.

Let's talk about You:
- Experience in creating secure network connections between cloud accounts and/or cloud and on prem environments
- Advanced understanding of differences in the cloud networking offerings within AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience performing technical security assessments and remediation
- Understanding of Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or other IAAC offerings
- Proficiency and understanding of key differences between most popular cloud provider solutions and cloud orchestration tools (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential; happy spending much of the day working with developers and members of other functional areas

Your area of responsibility and growth:
- Review cloud security alerts to determine risk and priority of remediation
- Work with teams to resolve security issues within their cloud configurations and architecture designs
- Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
- Develop best practices for network security in a hybrid cloud environment
- Work to shift security left into the CI/CD pipeline with a focus on proactive remediation
- Provide consultation for teams looking to develop secure cloud focused architecture
